As a project manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our commercial fit-out projects (i.e retails, F&B, offices, etc) /events/ pop-up store, which include but not limited to the following:
• Coordinate and manage full life cycle projects and project teams
• Liaison with vendors, clients & consultants
• Manage client relations
• Manage project cost and revenue budgeting
• Reporting to management on project progress
• Ensuring meeting projects deliverable within agreed timelines
• Provide leadership to junior staff
• Coordinate and lead new project pursuits
Qualification, Experience and Soft Skills Requirements:
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in Interior Designer project related for commercial clients
• Relevant degree and diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management or other relevant certifications
• Hands-on and taking good ownership of task and initiative
• Honest, creative and high adaptability
• Good spoken and written proficiency in English, oral and written (ability to communicate with 2nd language is desirable)
• Knowledge Autocad, Photoshop (optional), Microsoft Office & Project is advantegous
• Occasional overseas travel required
• Preferably candidates who are eligible to work in Singapore immediately (Singapore Citizen / SPR)
